Franklin Templeton is seeking a Head of Digital Asset Product Strategy to lead the prioritization, development, and commercialization of global digital asset products, including crypto ETFs and tokenized funds.

The role connects the FIRST Digital Asset team with global distribution, technology, and compliance. Ideal candidates bring extensive capital markets and regulated product experience and a track record of multi‑year roadmaps.

Competenze

Significant experience in asset management, investment product strategy, product development, capital markets, or financial technology, including leadership of complex initiatives.
Experience in developing and commercializing regulated investment products such as ETFs or digitally enabled solutions.
Knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, on-chain funds, and distribution models.

Mansioni

Define a framework to prioritize opportunities across crypto ETFs, staking, yield strategies, and other exposures.
Lead tokenization strategy for investment capabilities across internal and third‑party platforms.
Develop market intelligence through dashboards and metrics to guide product structure, partnerships, and technology priorities.
