Job summary

State Street Corporation, as part of the Digital Center of Excellence, seeks a specialist to advance digital asset accounting and fund administration. You will collaborate with risk, legal, product, and tech teams, documenting needs and guiding concepts to implementation across alternatives and ETF spaces.

You will evaluate third-party data solutions, engage clients and vendors, and help shape roadmaps with clear milestones and success criteria while delivering compliant accounting practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with client workflows and fund accounting using accounting platforms.
• 3+ years with digital asset market data providers.
• Deep understanding of trade flow processes in alternative and cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience in agile development and product ideation through delivery.
• Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing accounting policies for tracking, valuing, and reporting digital assets.
• Prepare reports, quarterly metrics, and analyses to support risk management and performance monitoring.
• Lead proofs of concept (POCs) involving new subproduct types, vendor products, and cross-product integration.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to define functional requirements and outline development roadmaps.
