Role Overview

Join our Development team and play a key role in Hilton's growth by adding new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Director of Development, you will collaborate with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate, leveraging our global expertise to develop a leading brand in the hospitality industry. Reporting to the VP Managing Director Development Southeast, your focus will be on expanding our Spark and LivSmart presence in the Southeast U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Defining and executing the development strategy for Spark and LivSmart in the Southeast
  • Building relationships with owners, industry partners, and local authorities to generate leads
  • Assessing and prioritizing development opportunities aligned with brand standards and strategic goals
  • Negotiating and executing deals effectively
Collaboration and Projects

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals and oversee development projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth handovers.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Seven (7) years in Hospitality, Franchise, or Real Estate Sales
  • Three (3) years in B2B Client Management/Sales
  • Travel up to 70%

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or higher, experience negotiating high-value hotel agreements, and financial analysis skills.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

The annual salary range is $120,000 - $175,000, based on experience and location. Eligible for bonuses and incentives, including the Development Bonus Plan and long-term incentives.
