About the Role

Join our Development team to drive Hilton’s growth by adding new hotels to our portfolio. As a Director of Development, you'll partner with owners and investors to expand our managed and franchised hotel estate, leveraging our global expertise to develop a leading brand in hospitality. Reporting to the VP Managing Director Development Southeast, you'll focus on expanding the Spark and LivSmart footprint in the Southeast U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute development strategies for the Southeast region
• Build relationships with owners, partners, and local authorities to generate leads
• Identify and prioritize development opportunities aligned with brand standards
• Negotiate and execute deals effectively

Collaboration

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals
• Coordinate with Legal, Feasibility, Brand, and other departments

Ownership of Projects

Oversee development opportunities from inception to completion, ensuring smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Hospitality, Franchise, or Real Estate Sales
• At least 3 years in B2B Client Management/Sales
• Travel up to 70%

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• Experience with high-value hotel agreements and financial analysis

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is $120,000-$175,000, based on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, holidays, and more. Eligible team members may participate in bonus and incentive plans.
