Position Details

Location: This position is virtual/remote.

Join our Development team to drive Hilton's growth by adding new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Director of Development, you'll partner with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate, leveraging our global expertise to develop a leading brand in the hospitality industry. Reporting to the VP Managing Director Development Southeast, you'll focus on expanding our Spark and LivSmart footprint in the Southeast U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute development strategies for the Southeast region.
• Build relationships with owners, industry partners, and authorities to identify opportunities.
• Assess and prioritize development projects, managing risks.
• Negotiate and execute deals aligned with brand standards and stakeholder interests.

Collaboration and Ownership

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals and streamline processes.
• Oversee development projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Hospitality, Franchise, or Real Estate Sales.
• At least 3 years in B2B Client Management/Sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree, experience negotiating complex hotel agreements, and financial analysis skills.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

The salary range is $120,000-$175,000, based on experience and location. Eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, holidays, and more.
