This is your chance to join our Development team, which plays a significant role in Hilton's growth strategy by adding new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Director of Development, you will partner with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate, leveraging our global expertise to develop one of the leading brands in the hospitality industry. Reporting to the VP Managing Director Development Southeast, you will focus on expanding our Spark and LivSmart footprint in the Southeast region of the United States.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000, based on experience and location. Eligible for bonuses and incentives. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and more. Details at benefits link.
