About the Role

Join our Development team to play a key role in Hilton's growth by expanding our hotel portfolio. As a Director of Development, you will collaborate with owners and investors to develop managed and franchised hotels, leveraging our global expertise to strengthen our brands. Reporting to the VP Managing Director Development Southeast, you will focus on growing our Spark and LivSmart presence in the Southeast U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the development strategy for the Southeast region
• Build relationships with owners, industry partners, and local authorities to generate opportunities
• Identify and prioritize development projects aligning with brand standards and strategic goals
• Negotiate and execute deals effectively

Collaboration

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals and streamline processes

Ownership of Projects

Oversee development projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth handovers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Hospitality, Franchise, or Real Estate Sales
• 3+ years in B2B Client Management/Sales
• Willingness to travel up to 70%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's preferred
• Experience negotiating complex hotel agreements
• Knowledge of financial analysis including NPV and IRR

Compensation and Benefits
