Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola seeks a Director of Demand Planning to provide strategic leadership for the demand planning function and its IBP process. You will guide a team responsible for enterprise demand plans, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align objectives and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, statistics, business or related field.
Master’s degree preferred in business administration, supply chain, analytics, or related discipline.
Certified in logistics/forecasting or related certification preferred.
10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, sales, procurement, or operations.
6+ years in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or SCM.
4+ years leading managers or leaders of teams.
2+ years consumer food or beverages industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Demand Planning team with strategic direction and capability development.
Own governance and continuous improvement of IBP processes across commercial, operational, and financial plans.
Direct development and reconciliation of enterprise demand forecasts into a single Demand Plan.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align objectives and growth.
Establish and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and planning effectiveness.
