Job summary

Raytheon seeks a DeepStrike Director in Tucson to lead all aspects of execution, capture, and growth for the DeepStrike portfolio across development, production, and technology programs. You will coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and cross-functional product teams in a complex, multi-contract environment.

This onsite role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and financial analysis tools.
• Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule performance on development or production programs.

Responsibilities

• Full profit and loss responsibility for the Fires and Effects portfolio.
• Drive execution across development, integration, production, and advanced technology programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and program reviews with internal/external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary interface with customers to influence priorities and funding strategies.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure integrated master schedules meet milestones.
• Lead capture, startup, and execution for follow-on development and future programs.
