Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Digital Program Lead to own the DT roadmap and drive digital transformation across the SI SSBU. You will partner with program leadership, management teams, and functional partners to ensure DT is integrated from startup through sustainment, with 100% on-site presence in Tucson.

The role requires a strong background in Agile, PM, and security clearance, plus the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and align with regulatory requirements such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/IT/MIS/Engineering/Math with 8+ years experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance required; eligible for access to SAPs.
• Experience in IT, software/systems engineering, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for leadership, acting as strategic partner for digital transformation.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focusing on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis for DT program challenges.
• Manage KPIs, EVMS, staffing; provide status reports and reviews.
• Partner with engineering/proposals to capture requirements and plans.
• Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan and ensure security/compliance.
• Direct DT resources and third-party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives.
• 100% on site in Tucson, AZ
