Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks an Associate Director to serve as Capture and Proposal Manager for the Advanced Hypersonic Weapons portfolio. The role reports to the Senior Director and requires onsite work with frequent travel.

You will lead capture, develop proposal responses, and engage with senior customers and suppliers to shape strategy and drive win opportunities. A Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for Top Secret.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proposal development experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance using EVMS/IMS/IMP.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/SC, and Manufacturing/Operations.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance required before start; ability to obtain Top Secret later.

Responsibilities

• Develop capture strategies with Sr Director and lead capture and project management.
• Lead the development of proposal responses for the portfolio.
• Engage with senior customers and suppliers to develop proposal strategies.
• Responsible for management of portfolio capture and demonstration efforts.
• Travel frequently for customer engagements.
