Job summary

Ting Labs is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Director to build and grow Ting Data Services across electric utilities, public safety, federal government, commercial enterprises, and insurers. The role requires translating Ting data assets into high-value solutions and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes to close contracts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in B2B or data-services.
• Experience selling data products and analytics platforms to utilities, public safety, government,或商业机构.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles and create compelling business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop vertical growth strategies for Ting Data Services across target markets.
• Generate and close direct customer opportunities and manage revenue targets.

• Lead solution selling—from use-case shaping to value quantification and delivery models.
• Navigate complex procurement processes including pilots, RFPs, and contracting.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasts.
