Job summary

Ting Labs is seeking a Director, Growth & Marketing Operations to lead the D2C growth engine and the marketing operations foundation. This role owns brand and performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition, while ensuring data, systems, and processes enable effective decision-making across the marketing org.

You’ll build an integrated strategy, manage budgets, and partner with Creative, Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across growth marketing, D2C, performance marketing, and/or marketing operations.
• Proven experience owning and scaling consumer marketing investments across brand and performance.
• Strong command of customer acquisition economics and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own D2C growth strategy and results, including customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Lead brand and performance marketing investments across channels and formats.
• Own media strategy, budget, and optimization based on performance.
• Build a rigorous experimentation engine across channels and audiences.
