Job summary

Ting Labs, the team behind Ting’s data products, seeks a highly motivated Program Manager to lead delivery and customer success for electric utilities and institutional buyers. You’ll own onboarding, access, launch readiness, and ongoing program reviews, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

You will be the day-to-day point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing issues, and enabling adoption of Ting Data Products in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing program experience in B2B tech, SaaS or data environments.
• Experience supporting electric utilities or complex institutional customers is preferred.
• Customer-success mindset with value realization focus.
• Technical discussions about data access, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear plans and risks.
• Clear, credible communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive programs.

Responsibilities

• Program delivery from kickoff to ongoing operation with plans, milestones, owners, actions, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate onboarding, data access, documentation, training, and launch readiness for Ting Data Products.
• Establish regular customer cadence, track adoption, value reviews, and ensure customers get meaningful value.
• Serve as the first point of contact for program questions; triage requests and coordinate experts to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, usage, outcomes, risks and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, data infrastructure, Marketing, Operations.
• Travel to client sites as needed for business and program requirements.
