Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services, seeks an Associate Director for Data Sciences, Safety, and Regulatory FSP Sales in the United States. You will drive sales and growth across multiple accounts by leveraging deep knowledge of data management, biostatistics, programming, medical writing, lifecycle safety, and regulatory affairs.

In this role you will build relationships with traditional and new customers, coordinate with operations to develop proposals, and cross-sell IQVIA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years related experience, including 3 years in CRO/pharma sales.
• Knowledge of the Clinical Development space and CRO operations.
• Sales experience in CRO/BPO/clinical staffing preferred.
• 30% travel is required.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with IQVIA customers and prospect new business opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and learn customers' organizations.
• Identify customer needs, define opportunities, and propose strategies.
• Coordinate with Global Operations on proposals and contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA's FSP offerings and advise throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain customer, proposal, and contract databases.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external customers promptly.
• Build knowledge base on IQVIA positioning vs competitors in FSP space.
• Contribute content to the sales plan for target accounts.
• Cross-sell IQVIA services and respond to RFPs across lines.
• Support trade shows and industry conferences.
