Relation Insurance Inc. seeks a Director of Data Engineering and Analytics to own the data platform end-to-end, guiding architecture, pipelines, and governance in a fast-paced enterprise.

You will lead AI-enabled data solutions, partner with executives, and translate priorities into a practical data roadmap. You will write production SQL, Python, and PySpark, build KPI models and dashboards, and coach a growing team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible hands-on data roles including engineering, analytics, or architecture.
• Hands-on with production SQL, Python, and PySpark on a regular basis.
• Experience owning a data platform or analytics function end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Owns Relation’s data engineering and analytics function end to end, delivering outcomes.
• Translates business priorities into data roadmaps and drives execution with executive stakeholders.
• Builds and maintains production data pipelines and curated datasets for core domains.
• Sets data quality, governance, security, and KPI logic standards and creates executive dashboards.
