Job summary

The candidate should lead AI governance, drive automation, and oversee a team of data engineers and analytics professionals while communicating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns data engineering and analytics end-to-end, with accountability for outcomes.
• Translates priorities into the data and analytics roadmap and drives execution.
• Designs, builds, and maintains production data pipelines from core systems.
• Writes production SQL, Python, and PySpark and troubleshoots data issues.
• Defines KPI logic and Power BI models for trusted reporting.
