Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering with scaling mature data platforms.
• 3+ years in an architect role with solution designs.
• 3+ years in leadership managing data engineering teams.
• Experience enabling AI/ML initiatives and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evolution of the data platform, improving architecture and scalability.
• Act as lead solution architect for data engineering initiatives.
• Design, prototype and develop platform components for high-risk projects.
• Define roadmap with VP/Head of Data and manage resources.
