Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Data Product Manager to own the roadmap for enterprise data products and align with the data strategy. You’ll work with engineering, architecture, and product teams to translate business needs into measurable outcomes.

You’ll define requirements, manage backlogs with JIRA, monitor performance metrics, and drive data quality and governance initiatives. Strong communication and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Data Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong Data Analytics Skills with SQL, Python, Spark.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap and strategic direction for AC360, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy and business objectives.
• Establish clear ownership between enterprise data and domain-owned data products.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product capabilities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing new feature development with technical debt and governance needs.
• Lead enterprise data governance initiatives to improve data quality, lineage, controls, and compliance.
