Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Product Manager for Data & Data Infrastructure to lead a global data platform strategy in a fast-paced enterprise setting. You will align client needs with platform capabilities, shape governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive value across markets.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, manage PMs, and collaborate with GTM to deliver scalable, AI-enabled data solutions for asset managers and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Track record delivering multi-year roadmaps and translating strategy into execution.
• Experience building complex enterprise B2B products with stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of cloud and data infrastructure for enterprise scale.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms, warehouse and lakehouse concepts.
• Experience driving SaaS platform modernization and multi-tenant architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to embed AI into product experiences and workflows.
• Strong data visualization capabilities in a B2B platform.
• Experience integrating with BI/ETL ecosystems and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and customers.
• Strong analytical problem solving and data-driven prioritization.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
• Knowledge of institutional financial services and asset management workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead global vision and strategy for Data & Analytics data infrastructure.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product standards and governance baselines.
• Partner with engineering, design, security, SRE and GTM to execute a measurable roadmap.
• Lead PMs and ownership teams, setting goals and ensuring high-quality launches.
• Track adoption metrics, platform usage, telemetry and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive AI-enabled capabilities and data monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with business development on strategic client engagements.
