Job summary

Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Data Product to own the vision, delivery, and adoption of data products.

You’ll translate business needs into a clear product roadmap and prioritized backlog, driving governance and scalable data standards across the Databricks platform. You will work at the intersection of business, product, and technology to maximize customer value, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide data domain design and access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data delivery, data warehousing, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data platforms and data integration.
• Direct experience with modern data platform technologies, Databricks preferred.
• Strong prioritization, communication and Agile skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap into actionable work and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Define data domains, schemas and access models within Databricks.
• Ensure governance, discoverability and data quality across platforms.
• Lead backlog, write user stories, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor data assets and work with teams to deliver enhancements and defects.
