Job summary

Canvas Worldwide is seeking an Associate Director of Data Logistics to bridge media operations, analytics, platforms, and clients. You will govern taxonomy, improve data quality, and support UTM/data collection frameworks across campaigns.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure consistent taxonomy usage, QA GA4 tracking, and drive automation opportunities. The role blends technical rigor with strategic client communication in a hybrid El Segundo office.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in marketing technology, ad operations, or data governance.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and data flows.
• Experience with GA4, CM360, DV360, SA360 or similar systems.
• Excellent project, stakeholder, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve taxonomy frameworks (campaign, placement, creative, UTM).
• Maintain governance standards for naming conventions, logic, and workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent taxonomy usage and data interpretation.
• QA GA4 tracking and data quality across platforms; troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate process updates to clients; translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
