Job summary

Canvas Worldwide is seeking an Associate Director of Data Logistics to serve as the connective tissue between media operations, analytics, platform engineering, vendors, and client stakeholders to govern taxonomy, improve data quality, enable scalable UTM/data collection frameworks, and support marketing technology integrations.

The role requires balancing governance with hands-on implementation across GA4 tracking, data quality assurance, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in marketing technology, ad operations, digital media, analytics, and/or data governance.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and how data flows through buying, ad serving, analytics, and reporting environments.
• Experience working with GA4, CM360, DV360, SA360, and/or similar marketing data systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality issues across multiple platforms and clearly document findings, impacts, and recommended resolutions
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve campaign, placement, creative, and UTM taxonomy frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure data flows and measurement processes are in place.
• Implement and QA UTM parameters with activation teams and partners.
• Translate technical language for clients and document governance and processes.
