Slalom, LLC is seeking a Managing Director of Data Engineering & AI to lead our data and AI practice growth in the United States. You will partner with CIOs, business leaders, and alliance partners to drive transformative data platforms, AI adoption, and measurable outcomes.

You will guide strategy, develop high-performing teams, and expand executive relationships while shaping go-to-market offerings and delivering client value through modern data architectures and cloud-enabled analytics.

Formación

• 15+ years leading data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformations.
• Proven success growing consulting portfolios or strategic accounts.
• Experience influencing executives and leading large-scale transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and grow teams.

Responsabilidades

• Grow revenue through strategic account development and complex pursuits.
• Lead executive discovery sessions, solution workshops, and business case development.
• Shape integrated transformation solutions across data engineering & AI capabilities.
• Advise on enterprise data strategy, modernization, governance, and AI adoption.
• Drive go-to-market offerings and strengthen Slalom's market position.
• Provide technical leadership and architect scalable data & AI platforms.
• Ensure solutions are secure, governed, and aligned to business objectives.
• Represent Slalom as a thought leader in data engineering and AI.
