Slalom is seeking a Managing Director of Data Engineering & AI in the United States to lead growth across Data Engineering and AI capabilities. You will partner with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to drive transformation, modernize data foundations, and accelerate AI adoption.

The role blends business development, executive consulting, and technical leadership. You will shape strategic offerings, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients across cloud, analytics,

Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformation initiatives.
Proven success growing consulting businesses, practices, portfolios, or strategic client accounts.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex business and technology transformations.
Demonstrated ability to lead large pursuits, develop pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Grow the Business by expanding executive relationships and driving revenue through strategic account development and complex pursuits.
Lead Data & AI Transformation across enterprise data strategy, modernization, analytics, and AI adoption.
Provide Technical Leadership through enterprise data and AI architectures, workshops, and governance.
Build Modern Data & AI Solutions leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud-native tech.
Develop Talent & Practice Capability by mentoring teams and establishing reusable assets.
Elevate Slalom in the Market by representing the firm at events and building ecosystem partnerships.
