• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform delivery management.
• 3+ years in roles leading teams of developers or engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction for the Data Enablement & Platforms team across Customer Experience Operations.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to align roadmaps, architectures, and security controls.
• Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation to maximize impact.
• Develop and mentor Technical Leads, ensuring clear accountability and delivery outcomes.
