Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive Data Enablement & Platforms within Customer Experience Operations in the United States. You will set technical direction, design scalable data architectures, and own governance and compliance across the enterprise.

You will partner with CX leads to translate roadmaps into capabilities, manage budgets, mentor technical leads, and align across vendor partners to deliver high-impact data solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise platform delivery.
• 3+ years in leadership roles (Tech Lead/TPM/Engineering Manager).
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms with governance and scale.
• Pharma/healthcare domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Enablement & Platforms within CX Operations.
• Own roadmaps, budgets, and scalable architectures across data domains.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and secure data workflows enterprise-wide.
• Mentor technical leads and drive multi-team collaboration across vendors.
• Partner with CX leadership to mature operating model and capabilities.
