The Senior Director will partner with the Technology Domain Lead to drive data strategy, standards, and governance across global markets, enabling trusted data assets for analytics and personalized engagement.

Leading a team of Global Data Strategy, Data Master, and Data Management owners, the role focuses on scalable, compliant data capabilities for streamlined analytics,

Qualifications

• Experience with data governance and data quality management.
• Knowledge of master data management (MDM) concepts and data modeling.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Experience with data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Familiarity with data automation, AI/ML workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmaps for the Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms team.
• Define a scalable centralized data operating model for commercial data across brands, markets and functions.
• Establish and govern data standards to enable interoperability and reuse.
• Align data capabilities with governance frameworks and lifecycle management.
• Own budget and resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with CX/DEC leadership on talent strategy and capability development.
