Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks a CX Global Capability Owner, Data Master (US) to lead the strategy, delivery and value realization of Data Master platforms, serving as the single source of truth across Commercial domains.

You will partner with Global Capability Owners, Tech Leads, and business leaders to translate strategies into roadmaps, improve data quality, and enable trusted customer data assets for analytics and orchestration.

Qualifications

Understanding of master data management (MDM) across commercial domains and be able to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Experience with agile product development and product operating models in a corporate environment.
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, users, and global teams to deliver capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and articulate the capability vision and outcomes in alignment with global priorities.
Own and evolve the US Data Master roadmap with prioritization and trade-offs based on user feedback.
Translate global/regional strategies into team plans and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Partner with leadership to turn business needs into measurable capability solutions.
Develop and maintain a prioritized data master roadmap to improve quality, coverage, latency, integration, and scalability.
