We are seeking a hands-on analytics leader to own the CX analytics roadmap, partner with Data Engineering and Data Science, and translate business priorities into measurable outcomes and actionable insights. This role drives self-service, governance, and scalable reporting across the organization.

Competenze

• Hands-on leader with deep SQL and Python expertise, able to review code and validate results.
• Experienced in customer analytics, call center metrics, CSAT, NPS, and Voice of Customer platforms.
• Skilled at influencing senior leaders with data, storytelling, and business cases.
