Job summary

Axuall seeks an experienced healthcare analytics professional to lead executive engagements for its workforce intelligence suite. You will translate data into executive-ready insights and deliverables, working directly with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, and other system leaders.

Use Claude and our data tools to craft reports and interactive analyses. You will also help refine approaches, build reusable libraries, and support sales with demos and scoping.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare analytics experience with executive-facing work.
• Experience with health system executives or healthcare analytics/consulting.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engagements from initial conversation to deliverable.
• Design sessions with customers and prospects (in person and virtual).
• Produce reports, slides, and interactive tools using Claude and data connectors.
