Job summary
Alignment Health in the United States is seeking a Director of Analytics & Reporting to lead a team of analytics professionals and translate business needs into scalable insights.
As a senior player-coach, you will drive analytics strategy, partner with operations, clinical, finance, and technology, and deliver data products, executive dashboards, and trusted reporting that informs key decisions while improving speed and data quality.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in analytics, BI, reporting, data products or related field.
- 5+ years in people leadership with delivery, coaching, performance, and resourcing.
- Experience developing roadmaps and delivering analytics portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced SQL and proficiency with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting.
- Experience with large, complex data sources and collaboration with technology/data teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy and scalable capabilities.
- Develop and mentor analytics portfolio with measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology and other functions.
- Deliver executive dashboards, data products and insights to support decision-making.
