You will manage regional budgets, pricing, and P&L while developing targeted B2B campaigns and ensuring timely delivery of capital equipment and service solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years leading regional business unit or department with revenue responsibility.
• Experience using CRM/analytics tools to segment B2B customers.
• Proficient in modern CRM and ERP systems; translate data into strategy.
• 10+ years total experience; 5+ years in leadership in relevant sectors.
• Ready for intensive travel up to 50% across Americas.

Responsibilities

• Build a robust feedback loop driving product reliability & R&D.
• Optimize parts availability and streamline supply chains.
• Manage budgets, pricing, and P&L performance.
• Develop targeted B2B campaigns generating aftermarket opportunities.
• Ensure seamless delivery of capital equipment & complex services.
• Resolve high-stakes escalations and protect brand loyalty.
• Define regional customer segmentation by industry, fleet size & LTV.
• Establish service models, response times, and tiers by segment.
• Align support capacity and spare parts strategies with high-value segments.
