Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation seeks a Director of Customer Operations to lead Inside Sales, Customer Service, Order Management and Freight Coordination. You’ll bridge Sales, Manufacturing and Customers, optimize schedules, logistics costs and order profitability, and drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Must have 10+ years in customer operations or supply chain leadership in manufacturing, solid ERP/TMS experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in building materials, insulation, construction products, chemicals, or other manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proven leadership of customer service, logistics, transportation, or order management organizations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, transportation management systems, and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Inside Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, and Freight Coordination functions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives on pricing changes and policies.
• Oversee end-to-end order-to-delivery processes and ensure lead times are met.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for OTIF, freight cost, carrier performance, and inventory management.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement across operations and distribution.
