Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Significant progressive experience in customer operations, account leadership, service, supply chain, or related customer-facing function.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including planning, forecasting, capital management, and cost optimization.
• Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into clear actions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior operational leader and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships with customer executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and execute customer operations strategies to improve beverage quality, service, profitability, and value.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of operational initiatives including annual planning, capital and service expense management, governance, and performance measurement.
• Leverage financial and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and balance customer priorities with enterprise objectives.
• Influence decisions through storytelling and executive communication to drive alignment and sustainable partner value.
• Own business performance for the customer portfolio, including service execution, profitability, and productivity metrics.
