Job summary

This leadership role requires 5+ years in customer operations or related fields, and experience driving digital transformation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field required; MBA, Master’s degree, or advanced certification preferred.
• Experience at the intersection of customer strategy, supply chain execution, and business transformation.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer operations, supply chain, or related roles; 7+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing supply chain efforts, translating retailer needs into aligned bottler engagement and execution plans.
• Advance digital, AI-enabled analytics, automation, and order-to-cash capabilities to improve accuracy and service.
• Drive service improvement plans to strengthen in-stock performance and on-shelf availability.
• Lead cross-functional forums to convert data and signals into prioritized actions and execution.
• Influence transformation through scalable processes and adoption across partners.
