Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in mortgage lending, credit services, or related operations.
• 5+ years in leadership of operational teams and vendor relationships.
• Experience with credit reporting, verification solutions, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic growth for Lenders One Credit and related services.
• Oversee operations, SLAs, and service delivery excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and KPIs.
• Build executive relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions nationwide.
• Collaborate on product enhancements and system integrations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across activities.
