Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Senior Credit Bureau Reporting Manager to oversee testing, monitoring, reporting, and team performance in support of governance of credit bureau furnishing activities. You will lead tradeline testing, review results for quality, and monitor critical reject activity across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in credit bureau reporting and FCRA compliance, with at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Credit Bureau Reporting, FCRA Compliance, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Testing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Metro 2 reporting standards, and federal and state regulatory requirements related to credit reporting and data furnishing.
• Working knowledge of Fiserv, ALS, TSYS, MSP, and Debt Manager servicing platforms.
• Working knowledge of ChexSystems and Early Warning Services (EWS).
• Hands-on experience with testing, monitoring, quality assurance, or oversight activities.
• Ability to independently lead in-depth FCRA discussions across multiple product lines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and communicate actionable findings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as PDF creation and conversion tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee tradeline testing across multiple systems of record, ensuring governance.
• Review testing results for completeness, accuracy, and quality; document for management review.
• Oversee reject monitoring and reporting, analyzing themes and impacts on performance.
• Escalate significant findings and prepare reporting for leadership and Compliance Managers.
• Consolidate results into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
• Support Compliance Managers with oversight activities, remediation, and monitoring.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities to improve credit reporting processes.
• Contribute to governance routines, audits, and compliance activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately five Compliance Officers.
• Ensure consistency across testing, monitoring, documentation, and evidence collection.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement while supporting professional development.
