Job summary

SRS Distribution is seeking a Credit Operations Manager to enhance and manage critical credit systems, collaborating with leadership across the Credit Division. You will leverage Power BI, Alteryx, and related tools to forecast credit data, develop strategic reports, and drive cross‑functional process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in credit operations, credit management, or collections.
• Proficiency in data management and analytics with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Bectran, and Alteryx.
• Experience in developing and managing credit operations processes and systems.
• Strong project management and leadership experience in a corporate setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and stay motivated.
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 5–15% as required.
• Location preference: McKinney, Texas, with flexible remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and enhancement of credit operations systems and processes using Power BI and Alteryx to drive efficiency.
• Oversee audits, testing regimes, and documentation to uphold robust operational standards.
• Analyze and forecast credit data to develop reports guiding strategic decisions and business development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and training within the credit department for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to optimize operations through innovative solutions.
• Implement project management best practices to support long-term strategies and special projects.
• Facilitate credit team meetings sharing insights on systems, processes, and industry trends.
• Liaise with credit leadership at multiple levels, acting as trusted advisor to organizational strategy.
