Job summary

Fixated is building the operating infrastructure of the creator economy.

Most of this industry runs on deal-making — a brand deal gets brokered, a campaign gets delivered, and the work starts over the next morning. We took the opposite position: services commoditize, infrastructure compounds.

Two engines, Talent and CBM, drive the business. We represent and operate for influential creators and own a large creator network, pairing content production with owned-channel reach and paid media.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or agency/platform sales.
• Track record closing large deals — six figures consistently, seven figures at least occasionally.
• Active network of brand marketers and agency buyers.
• Deep working knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X).
• Demonstrated ability to structure and price complex, multi-component programs.
• Ability to prospect independently, negotiate without oversight, and present with conviction.

Responsibilities

• Carry and exceed monthly and quarterly targets across campaigns and partnerships.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across inbound, outbound, and relationships.
• Close six- and seven-figure programs with brands and agencies.
• Grow accounts beyond the first campaign — renewal and expansion matter.
