Base44 is building a new way for people to create software, and we believe creators will be one of the biggest forces shaping how the world discovers what we’re building.

We’re looking for someone deeply plugged into the creator ecosystem who understands internet culture and can connect products with trusted voices. This role focuses on building a scalable creator engine and authentic partnerships beyond traditional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management.
• Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem across platforms.
• Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships.
• Strong operator instincts and closing partnerships independently.
• Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with product users.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building ongoing programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for briefs and performance summaries.
• Bonus: experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-adjacent company.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up, defining how creators become a main growth channel.
• Identify and build relationships with creators aligned with Base44’s product, audience, and brand.
• Spot emerging voices and cultural trends to shape Base44’s online presence.
• Build authentic partnerships across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and others.
• Collaborate with creators to develop content that feels authentic and maximizes reach.
• Work with product, growth, and marketing to connect creator activity with launches.
• Refine a scalable creator program for repeatable, sustainable partnerships.
• Measure impact and continuously improve awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
