Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Director of Creative Resourcing to own the long-term staffing strategy for the Creative department. This role ensures the right mix of internal talent and freelance capacity across a national portfolio, tying resource planning to financial performance while safeguarding creative quality.

The position leads the resourcing function, builds teams, processes, and tools, and partners with leadership to forecast headcount and scale the freelance bench.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• 10+ years in creative resourcing, staffing, or workforce/operations planning in creative environments.
• Proven track record building and scaling a resourcing function and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term resourcing strategy for the Creative department.
• Forecast internal headcount and scale external freelance bench.
• Create dashboards and reporting on utilization, volume, and skill gaps.
