Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• 8–14 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervises project trainers and WFD administrators.
• Ensures training programs align with CAP guidelines.
• Provides guidance to site management for training at all craft levels.
• Oversees capability assessments via the CAP program.
• Administers NCCER training and certification on projects.
• Manages training facility layout, resources, setup and maintenance.
