Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Workforce Services professional to support engagement, retention, and recruitment initiatives across Bechtel's North America Projects. In partnership with Project Workforce Services teams and other functional partners, the successful candidate will support programs designed to strengthen the Craft Professional employee experience and promote a positive site culture.

This role provides opportunities to collaborate with Projects, identify opportunities to improve engagement

Qualifications

Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
1+ years' of experience in Industrial Relations / Labor Relations / Workforce Services, Human Resources, employee engagement, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Construction experience preferred.
Fluent in English.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Must have the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of engagement and retention strategies across Bechtel's North America projects.
Partner with project Workforce Services and Communications teams to identify opportunities to enhance the Craft Professional employee experience.
Support employee feedback initiatives, workforce surveys, focus groups, and other methods used to gather workforce insights.
