Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a seasoned construction supervisor to lead a team of craft professionals on a major project. You will direct activities, set work schedules, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure on-schedule delivery and compliance with specifications and budgets.

You will collaborate with field engineers and foremen, interpret engineering documents, and enforce safety and quality standards while maintaining productive field operations across multiple sites including Reston, VA and Richland,

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead craft professionals and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Knowledge of design documents, schedules, budgets and safety standards.
