Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, administer, and execute craft training and apprenticeship programs across the region. This role partners with instructors, workforce development teams, and field leaders to ensure efficient program delivery and a positive learning experience for craft professionals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about workforce development within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, workforce development, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in construction, skilled trades, apprenticeship, or safety training preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, and apprenticeship activities.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Track participation, completion, and workforce development metrics; generate reports.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders.
• Partner with operations, safety, HR, and field leadership to support training goals.
• Support workforce outreach, recruitment, and career pathway initiatives.
• Assist with curriculum updates and program documentation.
