Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 6–12 years in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation.
• MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large client or multiple small clients and manage client communications.
• Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
• Lead monthly billing and projections and ensure accuracy.
• Develop and mentor staff through coaching and training.
• Support business development and cross-sell across service lines.
