Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an Associate Director, Cost Management in Denver, CO to lead cost management efforts across a diverse client portfolio. The role emphasizes supervision, mentoring, and proactive client relationship management to drive project success.

You will oversee budgets, monthly billing and projections, and support business development while coordinating with service lines to deliver integrated solutions. Strong leadership and accreditation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation preferred.
• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management or related field.
• MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP or CPE or equivalent accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large client or multiple small clients, coordinating with Cost & Commercial Management team.
• Lead development of staff through supervision, training, and mentoring.
• Manage monthly budgets, billing, and forecasts.
• Develop and manage fee proposals; support business development and revenue targets.
• Mentor team members and drive client relationship excellence across service lines.
• Collaborate with other business units for integrated service delivery and industry events.
