You will oversee budgets, billing, and staff development, while pursuing organic business development and fee proposals. The role requires 6–12 years of cost & commercial management experience and professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large client or multiple small clients by supervising communications with the client management and Cost & Commercial Management team.
• Promote opportunities for repeat business and create favorable references through performance excellence and client relationship management.
• Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
• Responsible for monthly billing and projections.
• Lead staff development through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
