Cumming Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our on-site team guiding large hospitality and gaming projects. You will lead cost management activities, develop budgets, review contracts, and manage sub-contractor change orders while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a BS in construction or related field, 8+ years of cost management or quantity surveying, and professional accreditation; MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP or CPE

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 8+ years in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation.
• Professional accreditation preferred: MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP or CPE.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and accurately estimate the scope of assigned work.
• Develop and nurture sub-contractor, vendor, and client relationships.
• Lead client accounts.
• Prepare project plans.
